Vita Nova offers permeant accommodations for residents depending on the lever of independence and mobility at an affordable price. A team comprised of an experienced head nurse, a social worker, work and physical therapist, a professional nurse, nurses and caregivers, ensures the wellbeing of the residents.

 

On the land around the Home on the area of 30,000 m2 there are arranged a number of facilities that will enable future residents comfortable spending of time and numerous recreational activities - a park with two lakes and 800 m of walking, bowling, hanging bowling alley, orchard, pinery, pavilion with grill house for getting together and having meals outdoors, playground, etc.

 

Within the Home there is a kitchen and the restaurant with 100 seats, a café bar with indoor and outdoor terraces, shops, a hairdresser, a chiropodist, doctor's office, chapel, laundry and a room for work and physical therapy. Heating and air conditioning of the rooms is provided by fan coil units, over the centrally managed system. Also, all rooms are equipped with ventilation system, which provides favourable conditions for residents.
